The Hereford Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme; not to admit latecomers until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval; and to refuse admission.

The use of photographic, sound recording, and mobile communication equipment is forbidden.

Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the customer to purchase tickets subject to Hereford Symphony Orchestra’s terms and conditions.

The customer is entirely responsible for entering their details correctly during the booking process, and must ensure that all details supplied are true and accurate.

Tickets are to be either printed at home or presented at the door on a smart phone or other digital device as long as the barcode remains visible. 

Customers must state discounts they are entitled to at the time of booking, as they cannot be applied retrospectively. Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject to availability and are at the discretion of Hereford Symphony Orchestra.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they have received their tickets and that the tickets issued from Hereford Symphony Orchestra are accurate. Please check tickets carefully for the correct performance, date and time. If you have any enquiries email .

The customer is responsible for informing Hereford Symphony Orchestra of any changes to their details once the booking is concluded.

Tickets remain transferable and are not restricted to the Ticker Holder named on the tickets.

Hereford Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.

No money will be refunded for tickets sold for performances by Hereford Symphony Orchestra, unless the performance is cancelled. 

In the event of cancellation of a performance, Hereford Symphony Orchestra will refund the ticket. No compensation or other recompense will be made.

Hereford Symphony Orchestra tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain. The reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to have been sold via websites will be cancelled without refund and you will be refused admission.

Ticket prices may be adjusted in real-time and will reflect the most current price for each performance based on demand. Prices are subject to change without notice.
